While you used to have to add a separate thermometer to get the wort to just the right temperature, this new and improved Therminator Chiller Assembly With In-Line Thermometer truly includes everything you need to get the job done right.
This complete assembly kit includes stainless quick disconnects for both the in and out, a stainless steel street elbow and a stainless ball valve to increase or decrease the flow rate while cooling your wort. Slowing the flow of your wort allows for more contact time against the water, which means colder temperatures in your fermenter and more efficient cooling. Plus, the latest version of the inline chiller assembly package also includes an inline thermometer to help you see exactly what temperature the wort is when it begins to enter the fermenter.
